Welcome to the Juliette Custom Homes LLC website. By using this site you agree to the terms below. These terms cover the website itself. They are not a construction contract, and they do not replace the written agreement that governs any project we do for you.

1. Information on this site

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is provided for general reference and may change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a particular result on your property.

2. Inquiries and appointments

Submitting the callback form, sending an email, or calling or texting us is a request to speak with us. It does not book an appointment, reserve a place in our schedule, or create any obligation on either side. The owner confirms every visit and every consultation directly.

3. Pricing

We do not publish prices, ranges or package rates, because no two projects are the same. Every project is priced after we have seen the property and the scope has been settled, and the price for your work is the one set out in your written agreement with us.

4. Concept renders and visualizations

Images on this site that are labeled as AI Showroom concept renders are exactly that: concepts produced to help you picture a project. They are not photographs of completed work, and they are not a representation that your finished project will match them in every detail. Materials, dimensions, site conditions, engineering and town requirements all shape the final result.

5. Project photography and reviews

Project photographs on this site show work completed by Juliette Custom Homesunless a caption says otherwise. Client reviews and testimonials are published as they were written by the people who wrote them, and describe those clients’ own projects. Someone else’s scope, timeline and outcome are not a promise about yours.

6. Permits, approvals and third parties

We manage permitting on our projects, but municipal offices, county and state agencies, utilities and inspectors make their own decisions on their own timelines. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular approval will be granted or granted by a particular date.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photographs, renders, the Juliette Custom Homes name and the logo, belongs to Juliette Custom Homes LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy or republish it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps and our social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Juliette Custom Homes LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this website. Your rights in relation to work we perform for you are set out in your written agreement with us.
